The Clinical Pilates Studio is a pioneering Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic that specialises in Exercise Therapy based on clinical training. We are located in the heart of Old Town, Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Combining Physiotherapy with Pilates to create a unique form of exercise therapy, our dedicated team of highly experienced Physiotherapists and Pilates teachers deliver high quality clinical-level treatments and aim to produce life-changing results for our clients.

We base our treatment on a full examinination of your medical history alongside a physical assessment to determine the optimum rehabilitation programme for your needs.

We treat a diverse range of clients from elite athletes to the elderly, office workers to construction workers with every person treated as an individual.
